These SMS Terms (“Terms”) apply to text messages sent by Wonder Management LLC d/b/a F&I Direct (“F&I Direct,” “we,” “us,” “our”) to the mobile number you provide.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1) Program description and SMS use cases
If you opt in, F&I Direct may send text messages related to our business-to-business services, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Customer support and service-related communication
- Lead follow-up after you request information, submit a form, engage via chat, or schedule a meeting
2) Message frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us, such as scheduling changes, support needs, or follow-up requests.
3) Opt-in and consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize F&I Direct to send SMS messages to that number.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4) Opt-out instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message, and then no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
