Don’t wait to work with F&I Direct, here’s why, bringing in another consultant or a product in to the store and they promise me all this good stuff that’s going to happen, all it does creates complexity, , and doesn’t really create extra money; but what F&I Direct has done is they basically encrusted themselves in to our process and they take complete responsibility for what they are doing, had I known that I probably would have signed up with them IMMEDIATELY. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I would like to give credit where credit is due, Our F&I department seem to be getting inadequate results, so we reach out to F&I direct, to see what was available for options for our program to increasing the bottom line.

I just wanted to tell you how incredibly impressed I was with Al and his company F&I Direct. When we first started with them, I was totally dead set against signing up with them, thought that I had the answers, but I don’t. They showed me the errors of my ways in a very nice manner.

His company has come in and has been amazing, everybody is extremely professional, they worked well with my organization to restructure it, and I would not wanna be without them, it was one of the best business decisions we’ve ever made. Dealership is MacDonald Motors at North Calloway New Hampshire we are a small family owned dealership, we’ve been on that location for 30 years, and on the other location we’ve been over 46 years, which my grandfather started. So they check my store from a very low number on the back end to a very high number on the back end, It made it as a very strongly competitive with the big boys on the market, which made me very happy.

The past few months, we have a nice experience working with F&I Direct in handling a lot of our F&I products, they have been exceptionally helpful and accomplishing on what we have been trying to do, for number of years, they work with us very closely and their assistance have been overwhelming, they did a great job in all the things they’ve done, with the training of all of our people, as well as when they get the chance to talk to the retail customer that we have, they have done an outstanding job in convincing, explaining, and not being pushy, one thing that I am oppose on the idea back when we started when presented with it, I did not want a pushy program whatsoever, and this is absolutely far from that, the program that we are dealing right now with F&I Direct is that something that make it very simple to understand for customer, makes it very much showing the value of what is it that people or going to be able to take with them, once they drive off with their car, a little peace of mind, little security should they have an accident, the gap insurance is going to be there to take care of things for them, and as we all know with all the electrical items we have on cars today, it’s very convincing they’ve done a great job, on selling the benefits, the old story is and they’re selling the sizzle and not the steak and, and it’s been a very good experience, and we’ve all enjoyed working with them, and I would strongly recommend they if you are interested in pursuing something of this nature, I would strongly recommend F&I Direct they do a great job, we were doing an extended warranties to Chrysler, we were doing our service contract, and gap insurance basically through Chrysler , and we were doing OK, and when we first started and when F&I Direct came to talk with us, we were currently selling priceless service contracts, Chrysler Gap Insurance and we were not unhappy it just that wasn’t as what we needed to have, and what F&I Direct has helped us with , is showing us the many different ways that we were going to be able to take it from where we were to the next to the next level of performance and production, the salespeople have purchased or worked into this, our F&I manager is now accepting this in doing a nice job, my sales manager is a back up, he does a great job on this, he’s very instrumental along with Bill the general Manager, we’ve been very fortunate with the production of what we have seen the increase in revenue but also the increase in the satisfaction of the customers.

Highly, highly recommend F&I Direct, you can’t go wrong and you will not be sorry, they will increase your bottom line dramatically. One thing I told Al, we signed up, these are the numbers that you are doing now, and these are the numbers that you are going to be doing in the future, once we get going, I told him, listen I think you are going to sell me a croc here, and they looks more like a fantasy land or anything else, and as of this morning, the gates of fantasy land are opening and we are about to walk in, it blew all the expectations.
