The past few months, we have a nice experience working with F&I Direct in handling a lot of our F&I products, they have been exceptionally helpful and accomplishing on what we have been trying to do, for number of years, they work with us very closely and their assistance have been overwhelming, they did a great job in all the things they’ve done, with the training of all of our people, as well as when they get the chance to talk to the retail customer that we have, they have done an outstanding job in convincing, explaining, and not being pushy, one thing that I am oppose on the idea back when we started when presented with it, I did not want a pushy program whatsoever, and this is absolutely far from that, the program that we are dealing right now with F&I Direct is that something that make it very simple to understand for customer, makes it very much showing the value of what is it that people or going to be able to take with them, once they drive off with their car, a little peace of mind, little security should they have an accident, the gap insurance is going to be there to take care of things for them, and as we all know with all the electrical items we have on cars today, it’s very convincing they’ve done a great job, on selling the benefits, the old story is and they’re selling the sizzle and not the steak and, and it’s been a very good experience, and we’ve all enjoyed working with them, and I would strongly recommend they if you are interested in pursuing something of this nature, I would strongly recommend F&I Direct they do a great job, we were doing an extended warranties to Chrysler, we were doing our service contract, and gap insurance basically through Chrysler , and we were doing OK, and when we first started and when F&I Direct came to talk with us, we were currently selling priceless service contracts, Chrysler Gap Insurance and we were not unhappy it just that wasn’t as what we needed to have, and what F&I Direct has helped us with , is showing us the many different ways that we were going to be able to take it from where we were to the next to the next level of performance and production, the salespeople have purchased or worked into this, our F&I manager is now accepting this in doing a nice job, my sales manager is a back up, he does a great job on this, he’s very instrumental along with Bill the general Manager, we’ve been very fortunate with the production of what we have seen the increase in revenue but also the increase in the satisfaction of the customers.
